What are Insiders Coupons?
Insiders Coupons are electronic coupons you can use to save even more when you shop online. Periodically, merchants will notify us of special savings our customers can take advantage of, but you need a special code. Just like clipping coupons from your local newspaper, these coupons can save you hundreds, and they’re free!
How do I use Insiders Coupons?
Easy! Once you find an offer you want, click on the link provided. A new window will open that will take you directly to the merchant site, or to a special savings opportunity (you can easily click the link to continue directly to the merchant site). Once on the site, shop as you normally would, and at the checkout page enter the appropriate code (if required).
What if the code doesn't work?
Please double check to make sure you've entered the code properly, and your purchase meets any requirements that the merchant might impose. If the coupon still doesn't work, please let us know by using the form on the "contact us" page.
Can I use an Insiders Coupon more than once?
This depends on the merchant. Some sites allow you to use a coupon as many times as you want. Please review any restrictions listed on our site, or the merchant's site. Most coupons will only work once per order unless otherwise stated.
I clicked on a link in the
directory, and nothing happened. What now?
When you click on a link, a new browser window opens. If you have more than one browser window open, it's possible the merchant site will appear in that existing window. In addition, there are some "pop-up killer" programs which may also disable the functionality of the links. If you use a "pop up killer" program, in most cases you can manually override the function on a one-time basis, or add Insiders Coupons to the list of sites to allow pop ups.
Also, in order for our site to function properly, you need to have cookies enabled on your browser.
How do I enable cookies on my browser?
Cookies Enabled is a default setting in both Internet Explorer and Netscape. If your cookies are disabled, follow these steps to enable your browser cookies:
-
Internet Explorer 5.x: Go to Tools, Internet Options, the Security Tab, click the Custom button and scroll about 1/3 of the way down to see the options for cookies, and make sure both of the options have "enabled" checked.
-
Internet Explorer 6.x: Go to Tools, Internet Options, and click on the Privacy tab. Here you can change your settings for accepting or blocking cookies. A Privacy setting of "medium" will allow for normal operation of our site.
-
Netscape 4.x: Click Edit, then Preferences, then click the Advanced button, in the bottom half of the screen, make sure "accept all cookies" is selected.
-
Netscape 6.x-7.x: Click Edit, then Preferences, then expand the Privacy & Security button by clicking the arrow to the left, click Cookies and make sure either "allow all cookies" is indicated, or the privacy setting is set to "medium".
There seems to be missing links on the directory pages, what happened?
Some anti-virus and firewall programs such as Norton Internet Security may block our links from appearing. If you use one of these programs, please make sure that ad blocking is turned off when you use our site, otherwise some of our merchant links may not appear.
